Over the past few months we have discovered that we needed a forum to express ourselves and take another step out into the 'outside' world as ourselves. *WE* are multiples (or in the view of many people we 'suffer' from Multiple Personality Disorder or Dissociative Identity Disorder). What that means to us is that we are over 60 individuals who (for better and worse) share one physical body. Unlike the stereotypes we have never been hospitalized, never been violent towards others and we would make poor material for a 'Made-for-TV' movie. So why are we making this site? What is there to keep you from hitting the 'Back' button? It wasn't always this smooth or rewarding. We have struggled with coming together as a community and developing a plan for ourselves and our future. That is what this site is about. It is a place for those who choose to share something of themselves. There are no rules for what each person presents, so you will see everything from hobby pages to information about past abuse and how we have survived. We want the world to see that *we* can remain individuals and still work together to present a successful (and normal) face to the outside world, and that by encouraging and supporting each individual as they grow and change we can continue to reach for our potential. By being out in the world and succeeding we are winning. We lost so much to our abusers... but in the end, we win. Please join us in our separate and communal journeys. We hope our experiences help you see your own journey more clearly... or at least that you find something interesting or entertaining as you visit. This site will change often as new people join and the regulars add and refine their pages. Please check back on a regular basis.
